Cabezalgo Rosé

Grape varieties: 75% Viura, 15% Garnacha, 10% Tempranillo.

Production process: Once optimum ripeness has been reached, the grapes are harvested by hand and promptly transported to the winery. Following destemming and crushing, they are fermented separately in small, temperature controlled, stainless steel containers to conserve the grape’s aromatic potential.

Tasting: Pinkish in colour, its nose stands out for its fruity, very clean and sharp aromas. It is soft and fresh on the palate with a perfect balance of fruitiness and subtle acidity. It has a flavourful and elegant character, with a pleasant and elegant finish.

Serving temperature: 13-15ºC. Recommended dishes: perfect as an aperitif on its own or to accompany dishes with fresh fish, vegetables, and soft white meats, among others.
